We cooked this the other day and it was ...Hi Reena,<br />We cooked this the other day and it was delicious... my first time cooking lamb by myself as it has always seemed like a difficult meat for a new cook like me to handle. We did think we could have kept it on the stove longer so that the meat was a little more tender.
